Joseph Buontempo
CEO and President
After taking over Buontempo Homes from his Father in 1996, Joseph has built over 200 Homes all over the Union County Area.

His main focus is to work with individuals who want to custom design build a home, as well as purchasing a property that is one of the most luxurious of it's kind.

In addition, he also focuses on purchasing and the development of mixed used properties.

He is proud of the fact that Buontempo Homes and Development company will celebrate it's 60th year in 2018.
Anthony Buontempo
Vice President
Anthony Buontempo has a background in Accounting and a Finance Degree from Wagner University.

Tony's main focus is the day to day operation of Buontempo Homes. 

He oversees all aspects of construction, and carefully choose the vendors and craftsmen.

When the home is completed and is delivered to the client, Tony ensures a smooth onboarding process to make sure everything is in perfect order.
Joseph Buontempo Jr.
Client Relations and Project Manager
Joseph Buontempo Jr. brings 10 years of experience in the construction industry to Buontempo Homes.

Joseph is a project manager for the company which entails the coordination of all servicemen and vendors as well as focusing on the punchlist items that are constant in the construction field.
Maria Lopez-Casas
Office Manager
Executive Assistant
Maria Casas joined the Buontempo Homes team in 2004. She is the Office Manager and Executive Assistant
to the Owner. 

She handles the daily office administrative duties and customer service. In addition she completes
all demolition permit applications as well as new service applications to utility companies in preparation for new
home construction. 

Her duties also include creating contracts and proposals to various banking institutions in
order to procure funding for all new projects. Maria has an established relationship with title companies and banks
in order to handle the accounting and funding during the construction phase of all projects.

She has become a
vital member of our team at Buontempo Homes. 

Maria's many duties and skills are essential to the success of our
Karen Milano
Executive Assistant
Karen Milano started with the company in 2016. She is Joseph Buontempo’s Assistant.
Her primary duties include bookkeeping, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Karen is in charge of coordinating funds for monthly expenses. She manages and processes all invoices and purchase orders. She also does the purchasing of materials and is the logistical coordinator for many of the projects. 

Her duties also include cataloging and maintaining all documents from start to finish of all building projects.

She also prepares and submits payroll for field staff.
Karen is the go-to person when it comes to client relations with tenants in Mr. Buontempo’s established properties.
In her brief tenure at Buontempo Homes, Karen has become an indispensable member of our team.
